Bugs Killed
Problems I have seen killed on Windows and Mac, with the steps that killed them.

Multiple machines show the wrong time because the time source server is unresponsive
Several computers and the GUI time clock were showing the wrong time because they were syncing from an unresponsive server. The server was rebooted during a maintenance window, and the reboot completed after updates finished applying.

OneDrive folders not syncing because file and folder names needed to be renamed
OneDrive folder sync was failing. The technician renamed two folders and several files to remove numbers from the names, and syncing started working again.

External monitor would not reengage after docking
After the laptop was reconnected at the office, the right external monitor kept disconnecting and going into power saving mode. Swapping to a spare docking station did not change it; changing that monitor’s input from wireless to HDMI restored normal connection.

The computer was running low on storage and about 60GB was freed to recover space.

X: mapped drive would not stay connected until the domain password was reset
The X: mapped drive was missing. It was restored by resetting the domain password and remapping the drive.

Expired or uncached PC password was affecting VPN and T: drive access
The user was having to use VPN to reach the T: drive even while in the office, and the VPN was not staying connected. The technician found the PC password was expired or not cached, changed it, and the connection was more stable afterward.

VPN and remote desktop software missing after hard drive replacement
The machine no longer had the VPN and remote desktop software after a hard drive replacement. The technician reinstalled both and saved an RDP shortcut for easier access.

Kaseya agent shows offline while the PC is online
The endpoint was reported as offline in Kaseya even though the PC was up. The technician corrected the agent's server address, rebooted the machine, updated the agent app, and confirmed remote connectivity worked again.
