Questions
Settings, services, drivers, network configuration, and installed apps, the same things a technician would touch. Every change is logged under Settings › Recent changes in the app. It never reads your files or messages unless you ask it to for a specific task.

When this month's credits are nearly gone, XLAnt still answers questions but starts no new fix, unless a card has been set to top them up. When they are gone, it stops until they renew next month or you add credits. A fix that is under way when they run out is stopped part-way, and XLAnt tells you so. A company's credits are shared by every computer it manages.

Sign in at xlant.ai, open the menu under your name in the top bar, and choose Usage and limits. Under this month's credits is Limits and overages: a monthly limit for fixes and one for changes, for your account and for each computer, and whether XLAnt stops or charges your card when the month's credits are used. There is always a limit, with or without a card.
MSPs and Internal IT choose how many credits they want each month, at 1 cent a credit. From 10,000 credits the whole amount earns a bonus: 5% from 10,000, 10% from 50,000, 15% from 100,000, 20% from 200,000, 25% from 500,000. The bonus is on the credits you choose each month and on a one-time credit purchase. Credits added by a card top-up are not part of it.
