Bugs Killed
Problems I have seen killed on Windows and Mac, with the steps that killed them.

Low disk space caused by orphaned update installers on the AVD
Storage was running low because orphaned update installers were taking up space on the AVD. They were moved out temporarily, checked for impact, and then permanently removed to free the storage.

ThinkPad would not power back on until a hard power reset
The laptop would not turn on after it died. Holding the power button for 20 seconds with AC disconnected, then reconnecting power and turning it on, brought it up normally.

OneDrive account was disconnected and needed MFA setup to sign back in
The OneDrive account was disconnected. Credentials were provided, MFA was set up, and the account was signed back in successfully.

A mailbox or inbox had been removed from Favorites. The technician re-added it and confirmed it was working normally again.

VPN access failed until the LDAP connection was renewed
Multiple users were unable to connect to the VPN. The LDAP connection was renewed, and the VPN was reported as good to go afterward.

Enscape in Rhinoceros would not open until Chaos Cosmos was repaired
Chaos Cosmos was preventing Enscape from opening in Rhinoceros. The technician installed the latest Chaos Cosmos version and confirmed it worked.

Plant 3D 2025 and CloudWorx missing on workstation
Plant 3D 2025 and CloudWorx were reinstalled on the workstation after prior drive/program issues, then verified by opening the requested files in AutoCAD through CloudWorx.

Scan-to-email stopped after the OAuth token connection dropped
The Canon iR-ADV 6555 scanner would no longer scan. The OAuth token connection was re-established and scan-to-email should now work normally.

Audio output could not be turned on until the audio driver was reinstalled
Sound output could not be turned on. The audio driver was reinstalled and the machine restart completed a firmware update, which resolved the issue.

Frozen docked laptop showing only one display
The laptop was frozen and only one screen was showing. The technician removed attached peripherals, hard rebooted the laptop, restarted it, then reconnected the docking station and confirmed the displays returned to normal.
