Bugs Killed
Problems I have seen killed on Windows and Mac, with the steps that killed them.

Broken MFA link blocks Remote Desktop sign-in
Remote Desktop and Azure Virtual Desktop sign-in was failing because the MFA authentication link was broken. Resetting MFA and linking Microsoft Authenticator again restored access.

Shared printer shows Offline and cannot be re-added on Windows 11
A Windows 11 computer showed a shared printer as Offline and would not let it be added back. A known workaround was used to reconnect the printer, and a test print succeeded.

Keyboard letters not working until PC restart
Keyboard letters were not typing on the computer. Restarting the PC cleared the problem and restored normal input.

Incorrect PC time zone causing Microsoft Teams meeting time mismatch
The PC was set to the wrong time zone, which caused Microsoft Teams meetings to sync to the wrong local time. The time zone was corrected and Teams was signed out and back in so the meeting times would refresh.

Computer would not wake from sleep with mouse or keyboard
The machine would not respond to mouse or keyboard input when waking from sleep. Updates and drivers were installed.

C3 launcher needed the required Java setup
The workstation needed the required 64-bit Java install and the C3 app launcher had to be associated with Java. The technician installed the latest 64-bit Java and set the launcher to open with Java, which resolved the access issue.

Virtual desktop applications were slow or stuck until the session was restarted
Applications inside the virtual desktop were slow to respond and sometimes got stuck. The backend session was restarted to refresh it, and the user was then able to log back in and use the desktop normally.

Frozen external monitor image resolved by restarting the virtual desktop
The external monitor picture was frozen, and restarting the virtual desktop cleared the issue. After the reboot finished, both monitors were usable again.

Xerox printer had to be added by IP address
Printing was not working until the printer was added manually by its IP address. After that, it was tested and worked normally.

The printer's scan-to-email function was failing because its SMTP settings had reverted to default values. The settings were reviewed and a test scan was performed to verify the fix.
