Bugs Killed
Problems I have seen killed on Windows and Mac, with the steps that killed them.

Windows
Office apps would not sign into the shared conference-room computer
The shared Windows computer had an Office sign-in problem. The technician signed into Office successfully with the needed account, then signed it out again so the machine was left ready for the next user; they also noted that choosing "No, this app only" helps avoid the sign-in error when switching accounts on a shared device.
