Bugs Killed
Problems I have seen killed on Windows and Mac, with the steps that killed them.

Cached credentials broke access to mapped drives and Microsoft Access
The user was connected to VPN but could not open Microsoft Access or reach the U: drive. The issue was resolved by removing old cached credential entries and remapping the drives, then confirming Access worked.

Slow cloud-session response with high ping; user was moved to a newer laptop
The laptop felt extremely slow because the cloud session had high ping, causing long delays after link clicks. Drivers were updated, Dell Optimizer was removed, power settings were adjusted, and the user was moved to a newer laptop; the new laptop connected successfully and performed better.

VPN would not connect after an unstable network connection
The VPN connection failed because the laptop had an unstable network connection. The issue was resolved by rebooting the laptop and refreshing the network connection.

S-Net call transfers did not ring after an update
S-Net was updated to version 7.6 on the affected computer, but transferred calls still did not ring. Updating the other S-Net client used in the transfer test resolved the problem and transfers worked as expected.

Remote connection failed because the shortcut was missing RD Gateway information
The computer could not connect remotely from home because the shortcut did not include the RD Gateway settings it needed. The shortcut was updated and the connection issue was resolved.

Workstation disk space cleanup
Additional cleanup was performed on the Windows workstation, which increased free space to 39 GB. Large files in the Downloads folder were identified as remaining space usage.

SSO app assignment group missing the user
The external app connection could not be used because the group assigned for SSO did not include the user. The user was added to the correct group and the app assignment was updated to use that group.

Apps crash after corrupted files are detected on the machine
Apps were crashing and one app had to be launched multiple times. A scan found corrupted files and the system was repaired, but the restart was deferred because files were still open on the desktop.

Brother HL-3700DW print jobs kept spinning until the printer was reinstalled
Printing was stuck spinning and documents would not come out. The old printer entries were removed, the Brother HL-3700DW was reinstalled with Brother's official driver package, and the printer was set as default after a successful test print.

USB mass storage was blocked by a computer-based policy exclusion list
Specific computers were still restricted from using USB mass storage because the policy exclusions were out of date. The technician added the current PCs to the exclusion list, removed the old PCs, and forced a policy refresh; a reboot may still be needed.
