Bugs Killed
Problems I have seen killed on Windows and Mac, with the steps that killed them.

Teams freezes the computer when joining meetings
Joining a Teams meeting was freezing the whole computer and forcing a restart. The technician checked crash logs, reinstalled Teams, updated the graphics driver, rebooted the PC, and ran a Windows file scan; a test call then worked normally.

Website would not load until DNS servers were changed
The website would not open on the affected Windows computers. Changing the DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 restored access, and the site loaded normally afterward.

Printer stopped printing after being disconnected and moved
The printer would no longer print from the computer after it was disconnected during a move. The printer was successfully set up again on the machine.

USB file copy blocked by BitLocker policy
Copying files to a USB drive was blocked by a BitLocker-related policy. The technician modified the policy and then had the requestor retest; the issue was reported resolved.

VPN sign-in failed because the domain password had expired
A remote VPN login problem was caused by an expired domain password. The password was reset, a new password was set, and VPN access was verified working normally again.

The checks printer needed to be connected by USB cord only. The technician switched it to USB-only and disabled the printer’s wireless features.

Incorrect system time on the laptop
The laptop was showing the wrong system time. The technician adjusted the machine's time and the issue was reported as resolved.

Shared copier/printer outage caused by a stuck print backend
Both copiers were unavailable. Restarting the stuck backend server restored printing.

Shared printer install blocked by Windows printer permissions
A shared printer could not be added on a Windows PC because printer permissions were restricting the install. The technician updated the device permissions, installed the printer from the shared server location, and confirmed it by printing a test page.

Tape backup job was changed to back up the full virtual machine
The tape backup was rebuilt so it backed up the whole virtual machine instead of individual shares, then it was scheduled and completed successfully. The run used two tapes and left one free tape.
