Bugs Killed
Problems I have seen killed on Windows and Mac, with the steps that killed them.

VPN connection failed because the SSL certificate on the firewall expired
VPN access failed because the public-facing SSL certificate on the firewall had expired. Installing the replacement SSL certificate resolved the connection issue and the user was able to connect again.

One monitor lost expected resolution options and the display layout changed
One monitor was not showing all expected resolution choices, and the primary monitor/numbering had changed. The technician restarted the dock and the computer, then corrected the screen resolution and monitor arrangement so all displays were working normally.

Duet Display installer was blocked by antivirus
Duet Display would not install because antivirus protection blocked the app. The issue was resolved by allowing the application to be installed.

Out of disk space when saving or downloading files
The workstation could not save the needed files because the local disk was nearly full. After cleanup, an unused local user profile was removed and about 30 GB of space was freed, which resolved the issue.

Website only allows partial batch downloads of documents
Only some documents downloaded when several were requested from the website at once. The workaround was to download the files individually instead of as a batch.

Printer could not send documents to email until a printer setting was changed
Documents could not be sent to email from the printer workflow. A printer setting was modified and the issue was reported as resolved after testing.

VPN sign-in blocked by locked account
The user could not sign into the VPN because the sign-in flow reported that the account was locked. The technician used the unlock action on the account and asked the user to try connecting again.

AVD sign-in issue caused by outdated Remote Desktop app
The user could not log in to AVD. The outdated Remote Desktop app was replaced with the Windows app, and the Windows app was pinned to the taskbar.

Microsoft Photos error dialog when opening image files
Opening image files in Microsoft Photos showed a consistent error dialog. The technician reinstalled Microsoft Photos, then tested sample images and confirmed they opened without the error.

HEIC screenshots would not open until HEVC Video Extensions were installed
HEIC screenshot images could not be opened or printed. Installing HEVC Video Extensions on the device resolved the issue.
