Bugs Killed
Problems I have seen killed on Windows and Mac, with the steps that killed them.

Windows PC reboots repeatedly after login
The PC would boot, open Chrome for D365, then show a restart error and loop rebooting. The technician repaired corrupt files and rebooted the machine, and it was working normally afterward.

Expired SSL certificate caused a website not secure warning
The hosted website was showing a browser warning that the connection was not secure because its SSL certificate had expired. The certificate was renewed and reissued, and the site should return to a secure state after propagation.

Outlook folders were nested under Inbox after a migration
After a migration, folders that appeared missing in Outlook were found nested inside the main Inbox folder. The technician confirmed the folder contents were up to date.

New laptop would not connect to the docking station monitors properly
The newer laptop was not working correctly with the docking station, so the connected monitors were not coming up as expected. Driver updates were completed, then the user was asked to check whether both monitors now work.

Camera preview stayed blank until a pending driver update was finished with a restart
The camera was not working because Windows had a pending camera driver update that had not finished installing. After the PC was restarted, the camera preview came up correctly in Teams.

Flickering desktop icons fixed by rebuilding the user profile
The desktop icons were flickering, and the default PDF app was also misbehaving. The technician backed up the user data, deleted the user profile, rebooted, and signed back in; the flickering stopped and the PDF setting was restored.

Reinstall Barracuda Backup Agent on affected servers
Barracuda Backup Agent was reinstalled on the affected servers. The technician also checked one server by testing the agent reinstall, confirming the backup job still existed in the portal and that connectivity to the server worked.

Adobe Acrobat Pro was showing a license problem. The technician signed in with the account and activated the license, which resolved it.

The mouse was not being recognized, and the laptop could only mirror one external screen instead of using a separate third display. The technician paired the mouse without the dongle and got the third screen working.

Conditional Access geofencing blocked sign-in until the account was excluded
The user could get into email but was blocked from accessing the Microsoft 365 account because a geofencing/conditional access rule was still applied. The account was added to the exclusion list after the Microsoft Entra ID P1 license was reactivated so the policy could be edited.
