Bugs Killed
Problems I have seen killed on Windows and Mac, with the steps that killed them.

Envelope addresses print in the wrong position
The printer was using the wrong envelope size in printer preferences, which caused the return and sender addresses to land in the wrong places. The envelope size was changed to COM10 and a printed envelope was checked to confirm the addresses were aligned correctly.

Additional monitor not working properly until Windows display settings were adjusted
The extra monitor was not working properly when used from home. The issue was resolved by adjusting Windows display settings.

Domain redirect pointed to a retired page and returned 404
A redirect was sending the domain to a corporate page that no longer existed, which caused a 404. The redirect rule was updated to point to the homepage and then tested over HTTP and HTTPS.

Website calendar links blocked by firewall
Calendar links on the website would not open because the site's CDN domain was blocked in Firewall. Unblocking that domain restored the content.

Bluetooth disconnects due to driver issues
Bluetooth was disconnecting more often. The technician updated the machine's hardware drivers and the Bluetooth warning log was gone afterward.

USB headset microphone and speakers were not being selected
A USB headset with built-in microphone was not recognized correctly, and audio could not be heard or spoken through the headset. The technician disabled the other microphones and speakers on the system, then verified the USB headset worked normally.

Browser printing hangs because unused printers are still installed
Printing from a browser spun for a long time and the browser stopped responding. The technician removed unused printers that were still installed, and browser printing worked normally again.

Jobboss features unavailable because the Jobboss service was stopped
Users could not access Jobboss features. The issue was resolved by starting the Jobboss service on the server.

A PDF stored in OneDrive would not open correctly and showed an error. Starting OneDrive and waiting for it to sync fixed the file so it opened normally.

Crystal Reports was not showing as installed. The technician reinstalled Crystal Reports and the user later confirmed it was working.
