Bugs Killed
Problems I have seen killed on Windows and Mac, with the steps that killed them.

Mouse stuck on one screen with dual monitors
The mouse would not move between two monitors. The monitor order and default monitor settings were changed, and the pointer then moved normally across both screens.

New laptop setup could not be completed during Autopilot enrollment
A new laptop showed 'Setup could not be completed. Please try again or contact <domain>' during initial setup. The technician completed setup by configuring sign-in through SSO and Office 365.

Windows taskbar disappeared and the cursor stayed as a blue spinning circle
The desktop taskbar was missing and the pointer kept showing a blue spinning circle. Restarting the PC cleared the stuck state and resolved the issue.

Adobe Acrobat Pro error opening; Adobe and Chrome were reinstalled
Adobe Acrobat Pro was reported to error when opening. The technician uninstalled Adobe and Chrome, then reinstalled both, and the apps were reported working afterward.

SSL certificate renewal stuck in validation
The SSL certificate renewal did not complete because it stayed in validation. A new CSR was submitted, a replacement certificate was issued, and the renewed certificate was installed on the server.

Computer freezes and restarts unexpectedly
The computer was reported freezing and restarting on its own. The technician repaired system files, ran pending updates, and followed up while the scan and update were still finishing in the background.

Windows PC stuck in a reboot loop until a power reset
A shop-floor computer was stuck in a reboot loop and would not get past the boot screen. A power reset was performed and the machine booted properly afterward.

Chrome crashes and runs out of memory; Desktop Window Manager crash found in logs
Chrome was crashing after a few tabs and showing an out-of-memory problem. The technician found Desktop Window Manager crashes in the event logs, reinstalled the graphics driver, updated Chrome, disabled hardware acceleration, rebooted, and could not recreate the issue at the end of testing.

Outdated remote desktop app needed update
The remote desktop app was out of date and was updated using local admin credentials. That resolved the problem reported with updating AVD.

The laptop could no longer print to the printer after it had worked earlier. The printer was reinstalled on the laptop using the official drivers, and multiple test documents printed successfully.
