Bugs Killed
Problems I have seen killed on Windows and Mac, with the steps that killed them.

Browser printing hangs because unused printers are still installed
Printing from a browser spun for a long time and the browser stopped responding. The technician removed unused printers that were still installed, and browser printing worked normally again.

Users could not access Jobboss features. The issue was resolved by starting the Jobboss service on the server.

A PDF stored in OneDrive would not open correctly and showed an error. Starting OneDrive and waiting for it to sync fixed the file so it opened normally.

Crystal Reports was not showing as installed. The technician reinstalled Crystal Reports and the user later confirmed it was working.

The workstation was showing fake security alerts. The technician secured the device, removed the fake alerts, and ran a security scan that reported zero active threats.

The expected payment file was not downloading. The technician reran the related task and asked for confirmation that the files appeared afterward.

Microsoft 365 showed an unlicensed product until the user signed back in
Microsoft 365 reported an unlicensed product. The issue cleared after the user signed back in and the app revalidated the license.

A Windows PC would not print documents and showed no error. The bad MFC-L8900CDW printer instance was removed and reinstalled, then printing worked again.

Restore a corrupted or deleted PDF from backup
A PDF was reported as corrupted, deleted, and then replaced with a newer copy that was missing work. The technician restored the available same-day backup versions into a newly created backup folder so the earlier content could be recovered.

The machine was resynced by signing in to the account and re-authenticating the work email. The ticket did not establish a deeper cause.
