Downloaded documents would not open in the cloud desktop session
The user reported that downloaded documents were visible in the Downloads folder but would no longer open, and the automatic open-after-download behavior had stopped. The virtual desktop was rebooted, and the user was asked to test again; the ticket was then closed after confirmation.

A user on a Windows cloud desktop can see downloaded files in the Downloads folder but cannot open them, and the open-after-download behavior has stopped.
You are in this case if:
- Downloaded files are present in the Downloads folder.
- Double-clicking a downloaded document does not open it.
- The problem is occurring in a virtual desktop / AVD session.
