Windows
Computer would not wake from screensaver or idle state
The machine would go idle/screensaver and then not wake with the mouse or keyboard, requiring a forced power-off and restart. The technician changed the idle display behavior, installed pending Windows updates including Intel graphics driver updates, and restarted the machine.
